Compassion and Workplace Incivility: Implications for Open Innovation

چکیده

The purpose of this study was to examine mechanisms how compassion experienced by employees affects workplace incivility. Specifically, aimed explore the double mediation effect positive emotion and leadership on relationship between Empirical results using survey data from 304 in South Korea confirm that who experience at work are less likely engage More importantly, emotions sequentially mediate negative theoretical practical implications also discussed.
